Been Gone for a While.Back with Something Good.

A free resource every parent needs before summer.

Hey Mama~

Hi. It's me. Dr. Carrie.

You may have wondered where I went. Or honestly, your inbox has been so full you did not even notice, and I completely understand that. No hard feelings whatsoever.

It has been 9+ months since I last wrote and here's why.

The short version: My boys were home for summer (you know how that goes) and I was a year into researching and writing my book while also running my parent coaching practice. Something had to give, and it was the newsletter.

I planned to re-engage once school started last fall but then somehow things got even busier. The book. Speaking engagements. Media appearances. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, the idea to create a free online summit for parents.

Before we return to our regularly scheduled programming, I have something urgent and exciting to tell you about.

Next Tuesday, May 12, I am hosting the Parenting in the Digital Age Summit. Free. Virtual. And genuinely the one resource I wish every parent had access to right now.

I brought together six leading experts, a family physician, an adolescent therapist, a former social media executive, and two tech safety experts, all working moms, all navigating this in their own homes, for the most honest conversation about what screens are really doing to our kids and what we can actually do about it.

Two days. Six experts. Real answers. All in one place.

Each day's content is available for a full 24 hours so you can watch whenever life allows.

I will be back next week with summit details and every week after that (for better or worse). Real talk. Science-backed parenting strategies you can actually use on a Wednesday afternoon when everyone is hungry and cranky.

I missed you. Thank you for still being here.

With so much gratitude,
Dr. Carrie

P.S. Build your mama tribe — share this summit with a mom you know. The more parents setting healthy boundaries around digital devices, the easier it becomes for you to do the same. It takes a village and this summit is a great place to start building yours. Share this link: digitalparentingsummit.com
